What began as a simple curiosity about how machines could “think” has now become an endless rabbit hole for me. From understanding how Large Language Models work, to experimenting with automations using tools like n8n, I’ve found myself constantly pulled deeper into the world of AI and machine learning.
Along the way, I’ve explored the basics of model training, the evolution of machine learning over the years, and the practical use of AI in real workflows—whether that’s streamlining support operations, parsing huge datasets, or building custom GPTs to empower teams.
AI isn’t just a subject I study; it’s something I actively experiment with, apply to my work, and learn from daily. And every layer I peel back only opens up more questions, more possibilities, and more excitement about what lies ahead.
AI is Only as Good as Its Data
I realized early on that the magic of AI isn’t just in the algorithms—it’s in the data that fuels them. Clean, structured, and relevant data determines whether an AI output is insightful or completely off the mark. This made me appreciate why data collection, preprocessing, and validation are as critical as the models themselves.

AI Projects I Have Worked On
Customer Sentiment Analysis
The idea for building a customer sentiment analysis automation came from a real problem: most customers don’t leave CSAT reviews, which made it hard to measure how their interactions actually went. To solve this, I implemented an automation using n8n connected with the ChatGPT-4o model. Every time a chat concluded, the transcript was automatically sent through this workflow, where the model analyzed the conversation and returned structured outputs like Customer Experience (Good/Bad/Neutral) and Agent Performance. This not only gave us insights into interactions that would otherwise go unmeasured, but also provided a scalable way to spot recurring issues and coach agents with real, data-driven feedback—without relying solely on CSAT submissions.
3D Printing

3D printing started as a weekend curiosity and quickly grew into one of my favorite creative outlets. What fascinates me is the ability to take an idea—sometimes just a sketch on paper—and turn it into something tangible within hours. From functional prototypes to custom parts for my electronics projects, the process never stops feeling magical.
I’ve experimented with different filaments, learned how design choices impact print quality, and pushed my printers to handle everything from delicate detail work to rugged, practical builds. Along the way, I’ve also realized that 3D printing isn’t just about creating objects—it’s about problem-solving, iteration, and patience.
