What I Bring to the Table

Blending leadership with a love for tools, data, and building smarter ways to work.

Team Leadership

Guiding teams with clear direction, regular feedback, and coaching — ensuring people feel supported while staying accountable.

Process Improvement

Spotting gaps in workflows and building smarter, scalable systems that save time and reduce errors.

Performance Management

Tracking KPIs like SLA, CSAT, and FRT, and using them to keep teams aligned with both customer expectations and business goals.

Resource Planning

Balancing workloads, forecasting staffing needs, and making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Working closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to bridge gaps and deliver better customer outcomes.

Management Skills

Change Management

Helping teams adapt to new tools, processes, and priorities smoothly — while keeping morale high and performance steady.

Python

My go-to for automation, AI-based experiments, and workflow development — the language I reach for when I want to make things smarter and faster.

JavaScript (React & Node.js)

Used across both frontend and backend development; versatile enough to power web apps, tools, and little side projects.

GO

Still learning, but exploring it for its simplicity and performance in modern backend development.

C#

Picked it up during my college years; while a bit out of touch, I still remember the fundamentals and can get back into it when needed.

C++

My tool of choice for some electronics projects, especially where performance and hardware-level control matter.

HTML & CSS

Use it occasionally for web projects (this very site being a fun example 😄).

Computer Languages & Frameworks I Know

Cloud Computing Knowledge

Google Cloud Platform

Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, deployments, and experimenting with services to support scalable applications.

AWS

Working knowledge of core services and configurations, with an eye toward expanding my skills in cloud-based operations and DevOps.

Firebase

Comfortable using Firebase for app hosting, storage, and real-time databases — a great fit for quick prototypes and personal projects.

Flutter

I’ve explored Flutter for building cross-platform mobile apps with a single codebase. It gave me hands-on experience with Dart and taught me how to quickly prototype clean, responsive UIs that work on both Android and iOS. While I’m not building production apps with it yet, I enjoy experimenting and see it as a powerful tool for future projects. Live Project

Dart

Picked up while exploring Flutter, Dart introduced me to a clean, object-oriented way of building apps. I’ve used it mainly for experimenting with cross-platform mobile development, and it gave me a solid foundation for working with Flutter’s reactive UI framework.

WordPress

I’ve worked with WordPress to build and customize websites, from setting up themes and plugins to tweaking layouts and content. It’s been my go-to for quick, flexible site building when I need something up and running fast without heavy coding. Live Project

AI & ML

Curiosity Meets Technology
AI and machine learning started as buzzwords I wanted to understand, but quickly turned into a rabbit hole I didn’t want to climb out of. I began by learning the basics — what machine learning really is, how it has evolved over the years, and how large language models (LLMs) work under the hood.

Learning Along the Way
From decoding the principles of training data and model architecture to understanding real-world use cases, I’ve been steadily building my foundation. It’s been equal parts reading research, tinkering with tools, and experimenting with small projects.

Putting It Into Practice
I’ve already started applying AI in my work life — incorporating n8n automations to streamline repetitive support tasks and make processes more efficient. These small wins keep me motivated to go deeper, and my goal is to move from “understanding” AI to building with it in meaningful ways.
